Alright, the new term is---- "Dad Up". That's right. You've seen 'em all. "Cowboy Up", "Man Up", even "Nut Up". But this one is for you all- "Dad Up". "But what does that mean?" you ask yourself. Well, sit down and let me explain. By the way you should be sitting down, who the hell works at the computer standing???
"Dad Up" is for the fathers that don't know what to do with their little ones, be it little girl or little boy. I have a daughter and we have a blast. We do arts-n-crafts, play video games, get on each others nerves, etc,etc.... I have seen these Fathers that really don't spend time with their daughters 'cause they don't know how to play. I have been through the "tea party"- did pretty good at it. Except for getting my finger stuck in the teacup handle. I've taught my daughter funny dances to do to store music (embarrasses Mommy). Hell, even taught her to a "Dutch Oven". If you want to know what that is check later. We've decorated a backpack with fabric paint- she loved it. Going to work on a pair of "bo-bo's" next. What a lot of fathers don't seem to grasp is that how you relate with your little one is how they act when they are older. If you need an example, contact me and I'll get in depth.
A place for Dads to talk to dads and maybe just vent. Get advice on what to with the little people that will one day pick which "home" we get put into.

Con Artist
Is it something kids learn or is it a suvival skill in our DNA? How can my daughter go into a store armed with nothing but her smile and walk out with a bag of candy?? If I only had that skill at the Bank. I walk in with a smile and I get put on a list.
